I heard about this on the radio. My first thought was "you aren't getting any yourself!" LOL
On the other hand, if you aren't getting any but the neighbour is of course it'd make you go crazy after a while. hehe Personally I used to love listening in on my dorm neighbour having loud dirty sex. It was great, I even tried to get a glimpse of them at it through the window reflection...
