Old standby - strip poker with a twist. After a person's naked, they can keep playing betting 'forfits'. Person winning the hand gets to collect.

There's a party game that has a deck of cards with different acts written on them. You need a group, the men's names go in one bowl, the women's in another. Person who's turn it is picks the name of a member of the opposit sex from the bowl, then that person picks a card from the deck. They then go into another room and have to do the act on the card for 20 minutes. They return and play continues. Variation is they have to do it in front of everyone else.
