No amount of surgery, wishing, wanting, praying or hormones will change your sex.

Getting surgically mutilated to look like something you aren't doesn't make it so. Your DNA and Chromosomes are still that of your birth sex.

If I tell someone that I believe I was meant to be born without my arm and that I need it cut off. You'd have me committed for Body Dismorphic Disorder. If I tell you I want to cut my pecker or tits off, I get a parade. How does that work?

Even if I accepted everything that you said as true, that does not make anything I said untrue. Surgery still does not change your biological sex. Does that suck for them? Probably, probably a whole lot. Might be time to suck it up and accept how you are instead of getting yourself carved up into something you're not.
