I find the idea of two people trapped opposite rather interesting. One a woman by day, the other a man, then they switch by night. I think the possibilities are endless for them to experience each other, others, and explore sex, love and romance in a unique perspective.

Lots of potential here. I'm thinking of a sexual twist on "Altered States," where the protagonist switches sexes after taking the juice, goes out on a night of sexual debauchery, but then wakes up back in original gender in the morning with limited memories of recent events. Could be a great story.
