Eris, the god of Discord gave Paris a golden apple. On it was the inscription "for the fairest one." The god knew all too well what it would mean.
3 goddesses were struck with envy. Athena, goddess of Wisdom, Warcraft and Handiwork, Hera, goddess of family, marriage, woman, and protector during childbirth, and last but not least Aphrodite, goddess of love, lust, beauty, pleasure, passion, and procreation all arrived at his side to vie for this great prize.
Obviously Paris couldn't decide. The ancient Greek Gods were all made in the most perfect form a god or goddess could be. Each was the fairest in their own way. So each came back in secret, offering boons to him if he chose to give the golden apple to them.
Aphrodite won, making the most beautiful woman fall in love with him. Helena of Troy. Of course this didn't end happily, spawning an epic war as well as the Odyssey.
Though I feel we're missing some parts of the story. Of course the goddess offered more than just the boons they offered.
Did Athena use all her wisdom, using her body as if it was a war to be won, each move to make his chances to resist smaller, until he could do nothing but admit defeat?
Did Hera show how family was made, showing the secrets of a woman to Paris, so none could rival his devine knowledge of womankind in the bedroom, or anywhere else?
How did Aphrodite work her magic, summoning lust and love and the desire for procreation, showing the experience a goddess of sex has to a mortal man?
When Paris finally makes his choice, how will he convince Helena of Troy to fall in love? Maybe laying with 3 goddesses is enough to convince anyone.
