There should've been a 'maybe' option. Just sayin'. 
Most people make a collage of the pictures (taken weekly) and then post it all at once. You could set up a weekly/bi-weekly pic show, posting pics once or twice every week, documenting the weight loss and such and such. Honestly, if you're posting in AmPics Forum, I'm sure it won't matter to them. That crowd can swallow pretty much anything as long as there's something resembling a tit and ass.

Lol, thanks. The weight loss thread came to me as an after thought. I have been wanting to do a pic thread for a while, but was not sure how to go about putting them up. I guess I was wondering if I needed to post them to another site first.

You can upload pics directly to lit, with a few rules (if that's what you're asking). There are some guidelines and tips as a stickie at the top of AmPics forum. You can also host them on external sites and just link to them from here. I do both, for various reasons that are essentially arbitrary.
I have had loads of fun posting in AmPics, and you'll find that most of us are friendly and encouraging. (Even if the rest of lit likes to looks down on us.
