It wasn't too easy being me.

I was the new girl in town; a young, eighteen year old straight A student who just happened to be a social butterfly (as opposed to the cliché secluded bookworm). Sure, that all sounds great in theory, but as a high school senior it made a few people angry. Namely, the future sonority sisters that made up the cheer leading squad. I guess they couldn't handle the fact that maybe, just maybe, a new girl who didn't care for social status might just win their beloved prom queen crown.

I wasn't being paranoid; I heard the comments they made. I've been called a prude, bitchy, stuck up and heard all sorts of comments about my height (I stood at about 5'10", taller than most people at my high school), boobs and ass. So, you know, typically high school bitchiness.

I found my refuge from everything when I played volleyball with my friends. We were the Valley High's official team, after all, and would practice every evening for the championship coming up in a few months. We normally had a few spectators, though I didn't realize it at the time, some were more attentive than others.

Particularly one man who was recording us playing.

((OOC: I'm looking for one dominant male writer for this thread. If you're interested, please let me know via PM. Thanks!))

Gabriel was a middle aged man who lost his wife and daughter when someone kidnapped them and when their bodies turned up he found out they had both been raped and murdered by some guys who attended this very school. He had followed all of the sports teams but the volleyball team was his favorite to watch as it was his little girl's favorite sport.

Every event or practice the team had he went to to take pictures of the team. He heard from one of the girls on the soccer team that there was a party the night his wife and daughter were taken and that one of the girls on the volleyball team may know something.

He watched the team every practice and every event hoping to reveal which one might know something but for some reason though he could not keep his attentions from number eight. He could not keep his eyes off her. He knew from hanging out outside the girl's locker room that not a lot of the girls had any love for this number eight. He knew the girl's name was Amelia Barboza but chose to only refer to her as number eight. He did not want anything to stop him including her name.

He had talked to the girls individually and today was the day and he knew it was too late to back out. After practice was over the girls told Amelia to stay behind because Chad Michaels wanted to see her. Chad was the star football player and she had a crush on him according to her face book account. The girls arranged it nicely for Gabriel they had her sitting on a chair in the middle of the gym with a blindfold on and her hands tied behind her and they had romantic music playing so she would not get suspicious.

He walked very silently in a circle around the girl without her knowing he was there. He was a Special Forces/Navy Seal and knew ways to move silently. She sat there in her outfit and he could not help but admire how beautiful she was as he lightly touched her should in an intimate way to simulate Chad touching her.

He waited to hear what she would say before he would make his next move.
