I had to sit and try and think about how I served Robuck. I then asked if there was any particular aspect He liked. (Being the 'great' help He is ... He came up with the answer 'vereything')

1. Weekly manicure. He fists me quite often so the nails need to be kept smooth and rounded. The hand he always uses for fisting has shorter nails than the other - which he uses for scratching.

2. Lunches. I prepare a packed lunch for him to take to work. I like to put little extras in the box occasionally. I also pack it in his bag so that all he has to do is pick his bag up and go.

3. Alarm clock duty. He has devised a way of me waking him up that he really,really likes


Then there is the usual stuff - cooking, laundry, correspondance etc.
I am sure there is more ... just brain dead at this time of night.
