Server Speed Question

Hi everyone!

I have a quick favor to ask of those of you with a spare second. I don't have access to my DSL right now, and we're trying to determine if the speed of the site has bounced back to normal yet. I know it was slow on part of Wednesday, but we've made some changes. If you could go to the front page of the site and click through some links to some category pages, stories, etc. and then let me know here how the speed seems to you, that would be amazing.

There's still some tuning and tweaking to be done, but we're making good progress. Thanks for your help with this. Take care.

No way! It's sllloooooowwwwweeeeerrrr now than it was before. it gets stuck loading the page between 29 and 43%, so I have to hit stop, and refresh.

This sucks.

Laurel I have a DSL and it is taking at least 3-4 minutes for pages to fully load. Also, I tried connecting around 9 this morning and kept getting messages say the site could not be found.

Once I got connected, it is taking a few minutes to load each page.

But, no biggee, addictions will still be there once all is well.

Damn, I am an addict, the very thing I left my hubby over.

I didn't go there and I only have a dialup, but late yesterday afternoon the speed here on the BB was okay. This morning however, I got timeouts, and once I did get in, it was very slow. Seems tolerable right now though.

100% better then yesterday for me. It was taking upwards of 20 minutes for each page to load yesterday, with a cable modem. Today, they load very nicely.
