Serious questions about my art, my website and my tits...

Really. Okay, so, how do I start?

Well, okay, I went the other day and checked out the tracking on my website and saw that a great deal of veiws came from my webrings, some websearches and then a shitload from literotica.


Well, the thing is, when someone from here looks at my site, the leave right away. I have not seen a single veiw from here, in the past three weeks, aside from one, and I think that is Storm, that didn't leave my site after 2 seconds. Don't get me wrong, I know many of you love my site, that isn't what I am asking. I am asking if those of you who veiw it and don't know me and then just leave don't like what you see.


What is wrong with my site? Is it lame? Do you expect to see me nekkid and then there is just this crappy art. What gives?

Seriously. I am trying to become a professional and I need to know these things. If I created more erotic art, I'd prolly get pummled from here, but hey...


So, my question is, if you click on me www button and it takes you to my art, you'll probably leave, like everyone else who doesn't know me and is wanting to see my boobies, but if it takes you to a site where my nekkid flesh is exposed in sexual ways, and then I provided a link to my art website, would you be more likely to actually look at my artwork, after you've seen my tits?


What is it with you perverts? What do I have to do to get you to look at my artwork?


I don't care if you buy it, I just want you to look at it and even some feedback would be nice.

It is an online exhibit, through a very reputible firm, and I am very excited to be a part of it.

No, I know that most of you know who I am, and like my shit, but I think these veiws I am seeing are coming from people who don't know me, as I stated above, and I wonder what they think and what they'd like to see from me in order to get them to at least look at the artwork.

I am not out for indescriminate praise. I am way past that. I am pretty confidant of my talent, and I am not worried that I am not talented.

What are your crafts? I'd love to know more about your work.

I never got the guts to do the peice for the Hut. I have a few issues with conceptualizing Dinah into a set image, when so many of us have varied and wildly different images of her in our minds. I have a few ideas of how I could solve this, but I want to incorporate some of the most important concepts of what friendship is about, and what female bonding is for, to inforce what the book teaches us.

I will do it, but I am still hung up on some things.

Lisa, That is a very good question, and something I've spent a lot of time working on, and still am.


Webrings help bring people to your site, but they can become a tacky, distracting problem. You must choose wisely and be careful to be clear on your means to directly lead people into your site.

I have joined two webrings.

Registering with search engines is the next best option. I am registered with over 50 search engines from all over the world.

I am registered in Japan, China, India, Egypt, Isreal, and so on, by means of registering.

This took me some time to get done, and a lot of searching.


The other option is to get 'in' with groups, or with intrest sites.

For example, in the next year, I'll be introducing a sister site to my gallery that is an Artist promotion site. It will be a service site, a free site, where other artist can advertise via sharing links and then working on doing exhibitions and such.

I am part of a group that is a rather sucessful artist group. I just joined, and we aren't big, but it is a good thing.

I will soonly begin to advertise locally, and next year I am lining up and exhibition in Toledo at one of our galleries.

I hope that will draw people from my area to my site, and then later, word of mouth references will start to occur.
