Series submissions

Are they chapters? If so, you would submit the individual chapters with titles such as "Title: Ch. 01." Then they'll appear in order in your list. You can submit them all at once, but they will not post all at once. They will post maybe one per day, I think.

PL is correct. Laural will post them one chapter a day, until you stop sending them. She likes prolific writers. :)

Most of these are in Novels, but some have chapters that span the erotic galaxy!

I suppose you could say they're chapters, yes. It's a three to five part series of related stories with the same protagonists.

I've written each story with it's own unique title. I guess I can't do that then, eh? So I have to use the same title for each and just put the chapter number at the end?

The working title for the series is simply, "The Steve and Liz Series". The first story is called, "Friend's Friends" while the second is called, "The Commercial".

Could I use the "special instructions" section to ask that the series be called "The Steve and Liz Series" and keep the individual titles, "Friend's Friends" and "The Commercial", or does it just not work that way?

Hmm. I suppose you could try something like: "The Steve and Liz Series Ch 01: Friend's Friends."

At that point, though, you'd need to keep careful count of the letters. I think you get 60 characters for a title including spaces. You could explain to Laurel via the notes field what you're trying to do, or send her a Private Message (PM). To do that, click on the link at the upper right of the page and enter "Laurel" (sans quotes) into the To: field.

To use that, you'll need to make sure your private messages are turned on. Go to "User CP" at the top left of the page, then to "Edit Options" in the left-hand column of the next page, then scroll down a bit and check "Enable Private Messages."

I'd suggest "Steve and Liz Ch. 01" and put the individual title you had for each as the descriptor slug. (I don't think the longer title PennLady gave is going to fit in the length permitted).

You could do like I do in my series and just put the Steve and Liz Series in the Title and use the chapter title in the description. It saves on coming up with the chapter's description which is hard at times.

Oh that's a good idea -- thanks.
