Series not showing

Hi! So here's the thing, I think my series is bugged.
it didn't trigger automatically despite being named perfectly according the usual rules so i created a manual one. It was stuck in pending for weeks so i tried to delete it (worked) and create it again. It didn't worked. Unknown error. So i figured it was the name.
So i created a new one named "test" or something and added my stories successfully. then i renamed the series and it worked.
The series cleared the pending state and was published fairly quickly but it's not showing anywhere other than my control pannel.
What should i try to do (before contacting the staff)?

Manual series take ages to approve. I've waited a month of longer. Once I waited about two months, but that was because I hadn't completed the submission process.

It also takes a while for the series and their stories to show up for the readers.

well mine is approved and showing as published and it's been like a month and it's not showing
