Series creation pending for a long time

I've started a series and decided to use the manual approach to the series instead of using the title..


However, the series is pending approval for a long long time now (20 days or so I think?)

Is there something I'm missing? I'm quite new to writing stuff on here and so I'm wondering if I missed any steps. However, I seem to have done everything as per instructions provided here in FAQs and other forums.

Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

The first series we created also took a very long time. I suggest not doing anything else to the series (e. g. resubmitting it or trying to put those stories in a different series). Doing that ended up making it take weeks longer (I think--the process isn't very transparent).

You could use the bug report form, if you want.

I'd love to know how long I'd took your series to be approved!

We don't keep records or anything. I remember it as being something like 4 weeks.

For Annie's next series, she plans to start the "manual" series before any of the stories are actually published. Out of the Writing Group, she's definitely the one with the most detailed future plan.
