How come everyone gets to have a cool custom status for themselves and I get stuck with my crappy virgin status? (I know, I cherish my virginity, but still... )

Now, I'm a computer-literate person, and I did the whole "edit my profile" thing, which I calmly read from the F.A.Q. However, I have seemingly been denied the right to display my paltry wit when I post!

So I ask, am I just dumb and missing something? Is there some kind of Literotica trick I'm missing or perhaps I need to make a LARGE, CASH DONATION?

You lose virgin title at like 30 posts, and you get your own title at 1,000. Don't worry they add up fast.

100, really experienced
300, really, really experienced

1000, choose your own title

at 100 you can also ad a picture under your name (an 'avatar')

Maybe there should be a Lit Welcome Wagon Lady (i nominate RisiaSkye or KittenEyes) who will go to every newbie and tell him/her the rules about status (I don't want to be a virgin; make it stop! I love being a virgin again, how can i keep my virginity this time?), about posting (don't fucking use all caps, make a basic attempt to spell/punctuate properly, don't use chatspeak here because we'll all hate you from your first post, etc.), and all the rest of the stuff newbies should know to make their first days pleasureable for all of us.
