This is my personal favorites of the stories I wrote and I am definitely planning a sequel. The sequel would be primarily focused on the daughter, Silvia and would reprise some of the characters in "Ada."
The thing is I really fell in love with the character of Silvia while I was writing the story (even though she was a baby) and I don't want anything really bad happen to her - like happened to her mother.
I'm trying to come up with story ideas that would be interesting but not devastating.
Some of my thoughts:
1. Silvia gets lost in the mountains (horse breaks it's leg?). Her story of being alone and coping with it... she would be about ten at this time. Thoughts of others who know her including flashbacks by her parents.
2. Silvia's first time and/or marriage.
3. Ada's husband dies (he was about 23 years older than her so this is inevitable at some point. Ada's new love interest.
Anyone have any ideas?
