I remember hearing once that a lot of the scenes are edited so that you see the man ejaculating and the semen shooting out and splattering some, adn then they cut away to a shot of his face or something else and when the scene continues, there's a lot of ejaculate. I heard they add a little extra something during that interval that we don't see to make it look like more -- cornstarch and water is the fake semen, if what I remember is correct.
