500 some odd tv channels and still nothing to watch.

Hmmmm what you need is a nice hot stone massage! There is a quaint little spa down here that gives th most relaxing massages using hot smooth stones on pressure points. have been going to bed around 3 a.m. each night and getting about 3 - 4 hours of restless sleep for about 4 months now...although the dreaming is intense... I really need the rest. I know I cannot sleep because I have things to work out...just do not know how to work them out so the sleepness continues.....
