I have just read “Big Flipping Deal” , short novel by Ian Sail Whitcomb . Erotic book about a guy who’s partnered by will to sell a house , only to find out she’s transgender. Well written , slow step by step interactions , emotionally realistic and very hot . Would love to find more like It .
