Seeking Story: "Charm Person" "Character Creation"

Hey all,

I'm seeking a story, I likely last saw it 5+ years ago, maybe 6. It was most likely in SciFi&Fantasy, and the title had something to do with 'Character Creation' and 'Charm Person.' The content of the story was a silly spin on if a being (a wizard?) gave out Dungeons & Dragons powers to people, and this specific story had a high school senior gain the ability to cast 'Charm Person,' which he uses on a gym teacher and ends up convincing her to have sex with him. It was kind of silly and fun, but still hot, and ended with the kid finding out he had a limited number of spell slots and unable to Charm Person a third time.

Any help with a title or author would be great!
