I'm a beginner writer and have a story I would like to have looked over before I submit for posting here on LIterotica. Hopefully develop an ongoing type of situation until I gain confidence. Need to know if I'm getting better or not kind of thing. My stories are mostly involving crossdressing, incest and cuckolding. I include love in my stories, sex is nothing without love. At least two characters are in love if there is random gratuitous sex.

I'm also interested in writing with a woman's voice. I'm hoping to develop my feminine side.

Straightforwardly and patently wrong. If that were the case, this site would not exist. Sex without love is sex... which is actually enough to keep most of Lit's clientele interested...

Incest is a very interesting theme for me. I would certainly be open to discuss it and be of help to make your story more interesting in consultation with you. You can read my stories swathyFmly to get a perspective on my taste. Feel free to post and share your thoughts

Thank you. I am now corrected. I should have said. In my opinion. I did not meant to begin some sort of argument with you. I do feel your reply is a little aggressive. I'm not sure why. I know I was wrong but... I should have said it was my opinion or that I like to include it in my stories. I feel that is important in my stories. You are, of course, correct. Sex is wonderful, even without love. I do apologize. Have a good day.

No need to apologise. You're hardly alone. Welcome to the vast crowd of people on here who make sweeping, factually-unsupported statements which are indeed simply opinion masquerading as empirically provable reality... and think they can get away with it. That's much easier, after all, than actually thinking about what you're writing.

I suppose getting called out on it can and will often be termed 'aggressive'...

SteelPoint's response may come across as a little aggressive, but I don't think it was meant that way.

Certainly there is a huge market for erotic romance, and patriarchal culture is a lot more accepting of sex as consummation of a romantic heterosexual pairing, but...

Arguably the conflation of sex and romance is a core inhibitor of healthy relationships, sexual and otherwise. Very often our sexual desires are contrary to what we are taught is correct.

Thus the wife who says to her husband, "Stop putting me on a pedestal! Don't ask me for permission, take me like a real man. I don't want to 'make love', I want to be fucked!"

Thus the husband who puts on a schoolgirl uniform and begs his wife to peg him. Thus the husband who begs to fuck his wife's tight virgin ass (and secretly wishes to make her suck his cock clean after).

Or the young couple, one asexual, the other aromantic, exploring the boundaries of intimacy in a world that normalises the union of sex and romance.

So it's not that you should have said, "In my opinion..." because it's not a matter of opinion. It's a matter of choice. If you choose to focus on sex within a romantic context, then go for it.

If you choose to focus on sex within a context on non-romantic love, that too is valid.

But love, of whatever type, is not a necessary part of sexual enjoyment.
