Betty Grable. Yowza.

In my own defense, I misread not one but two names, or at least mis-associated who I was reading. Barbara McNair somehow became Barbara Bain as I glanced through, and Beverly Johnson somehow became Beverly D'Angelo. With those mental images while going through the list, little wonder I whiffed on the connection. And, yes, I am old, thank you for asking, though not quite old enough to treat a Betty Grable reference as anything but ironic and even older.
