you could change it to a real mental twister if you have the girl marry an older man when she's 17 (even if sex at 17 isn't legal to write about it still happens!) her hubby is 5 of 6 years older than her, and when they're first married the two of them live with his parents.

first he notices her
then next week
he brushes against her while they clean the gutters together
then she notices him suntanning in the yard...how firm his body is
then they share a cool one on the deck/by the pool
