What happens when a happy couple on a enjoyable vacation finds themselves facing a very unexpected and, some would argue, uncomfortable, position with a strange yet rather... rough and blunt woman who knows exactly what she wants?

Italian-Irish male who has recently gotten a modeling contract.
Decided to take his girlfriend on a vacation for fun.

Faye Laurel's first time here promised to be a ride of all lifetime. It had been nearly a month since her and Joel had gotten together. During that span, they had managed to go on several dates and learn more and more about each other. Yet there was something she held back, something she had kept a secret from many for years. Faye was both blessed and cursed with an extra set of genitalia, all common source of her shame and insecurity. She never wore things too skimpy or revealing, fearing how much of herself would be exposed. It also put a damper on her sex life, even with Joel the farthest they had gone was second base and even that was a risk. Too much arousal, and she could find herself sporting an erection that she believed would scare him away. This vacation put that more at risk, Faye knew she would need to take extra precautions if they ever went swimming or if he opted for them to shower together.

The flight had been a long one, but they finally arrived to their hotel just before the dinner rush flooded the touristy town. She helped Joel lug their bags into their room, staring in awe at the massive suite. A romantic aura was in the air. The decor of candles, silken sheets, and a balcony to throw it all together formulated a pressure within her core. Was this his way of hinting for their first time? Faye tried not to think about it, placing the bags upon the bed and unzipping them for their contents. "Its so pretty here, baby. Thank you for doing this.", Faye quipped, fumbling through the bag for her toiletries. She glanced over to Joel. "What should we do first? Grab a bite to eat, go to the beach, or see what the town has to offer? I don't know about you, but I'm famished." Picking out some bottles, her dental things, and other items, she took them over to the adjoining bathroom and set them upon the counter. All the while listening for Joel's reply, she silently hoped he would not mention the beach.

"Hmmm, we can see what's around town and get a bite to eat, I think. Maybe we can see what the beach looks like in a day or two, if you're comfortable with that," he said wryly, his tone gentle. He had, admittedly, noticed that her swimwear was just a little larger than necessary,
but never pressed her as to why. He knew he could, obviously, but preferred the mystery.

He watched her move as he put his own things aside, toiletries and personal things. "They did request I do a photo shoot whilst here, although that isn't until the beginning of next week and it's only a day session. Two weeks here, though... is gonna be fun and exciting," he said wryly.

A light smile produced at the mention of the beach, it frightened her to take such a risk. Yet she hated to hold him back on an experience they could both enjoy together. "Yes.... Yes that would be great." Faye forced some joy into her voice, taking her purse from the luggage and setting it aside. "Aw, are they going to make you pose nude in the water?" She teased him walking over to his side and sliding her hands around him. During the light hug, she pecked softly onto his lips with a playful grin. "I'm going to be so jealous." She jested, giving him another kiss. "So are we ready to go? I think maybe a nice Chinese place will suffice. What do you think?" Brisk steps took her back for her purse, snatching the brush in her bag to quickly run it through her hair. It warmed her heart to have found such a man like Joel. He was always the type to talk things out and be honest, something rare she came across in her life. A part of her felt pained that she had yet to show similar honesty. Silently she vowed to change that soon, joining him by his side and linking their arms.

Joel smirked slowly as he chuckled. "Jealous because you aren't the one taking the picture, Faye? Either way, I have a feeling if you were there, I'd be too distracted by your amazing body... either that or I'd be too tempted to turn the photo shoot into something so scandalous that Playboy and Playgirl both would be drooling," he said wryly, his tone gentle despite his teasing. He shivered as he felt her fingers brush over his forearm.

"You have no idea how tempting it is to see what's underneath that dress, though you look amazing in it," he murmured huskily.

Every word he spoke made the heat in face intensify, thoroughly blushing like a bashful school girl. "Oh Joel, not me, not in the slightest. You're the model here after all." Playfully her tongue stuck out at him, silently grateful she taped herself down for the evening while on the plane. It was easy to get lost in the temptation of his flirting. From time to time, she had to catch herself or tape herself as to not give away the member between her legs. "In fact, I think its time to show you off." Faye giggled, walking with him out of the room and down the hall to the elevator. She huddled close to him when they entered the small space, laying her head on his shoulder while arm in arm. "Do you think we should take a cab, or walk there? I think it'd be nice to look at the scenery myself, but if you're too tired from the flight I understand." The elevator dinged each time it hit a floor, taking them down to the first where the lobby and check-in desk was located.

Joel chuckled softly as he entwined his fingers with hers. "I'm fine with walking. Gives me a reason to admire how hot you are, Faye. Hell, the first time I saw you, which if I remember was in Baltimore, I mentioned that you'd look much more natural in some place tropical," he teased. As they were in Hawaii, it was very much a tropical scene.

"I know I'm no fashion designer, though looking at you just seems to bring some very interesting ideas to my mind... ones that I think you'd look amazing in," he said softly as they stepped out of the elevator.

He didn't miss that most eyes, male and female alike,
were drawn to them, more Faye, he guessed, than himself, unaware that the few magazines that had been sold pictures of him had sold close to six hundred thousand copies for each of the four magazines in a two and a half week period. The pictures were sold at 55¢
per copy of whatever magazine sold them. As he was getting roughly 38% of said profits directly, which were still rising rapidly, that meant a minimum of $501,600 in pay coming to him, not including the potential payment for the upcoming shoot.

"Baby, you know that's not me. That's you. I don't think I could handle all the eyes, looking at me..." Faye blushed some, burying her face into his arm. "But I'd like to hear your ideas at least." She chimed, not wanting to dismiss him completely. Of course, she could not just say the real reason why she would never do that. It would mean exposing herself, the thought of possibly scaring him away made her stomach churn. As they walked through the lobby and out of the building, she began noticing the looks. It was something she has seen before, but of course she was dating a model and a strikingly handsome one at that. Who wouldn't ogle him? Faye pointed out things along the way there, different sculptures and buildings that caught her eye. She had always been a fan of architecture, even when she was a child it had been a fascination. "I think this is the best place I've ever visited so far, and that's just from the buildings alone.", came her jolly voice, while they strolled down the sidewalk.

Faye's brows furrowed with thought at his question, coming to a stop at the vending machine he walked towards. "Hmm, lets see..", she started, leaning on the machine. "I think you saw yourself in the mirror one day, and flexed your muscles a bit. You were all ' Damn I look good', and started taking pictures of yourself. Then some old lady said you looked good and that she was an agent. But really it was her son and she just wanted to keep the pictures of you to herself." Faye teased, taking the bottle of water and laughing softly at her jest. The look on his face was priceless, "Am I half right at least?" A playful smile showed, opening the cap on her bottle and taking a drink. If there was one thing to be said about this place, the humidity alone was enough to suffocate. Adding the heat onto that, it was no wonder their bodies were sweat factories when they arrived here.

"I suppose I owe that sister a hefty amount of gratitude." Faye laughed softly, sipping more water. She waited to join Joel by his side, entwining their fingers together as they walked. "You know if it wasn't for the modeling we probably wouldn't have met." She remembered back in Baltimore when they met, how she was and assistant city planner, scoping out the land and surveying when she ran into him on a set. It was by complete accident, completely oblivious to what was happening at the time. "Damn was that woman pissed.", muttered Faye, thinking back on how his agent chewed her out. "Have you any regrets so far?", squeezing his hand softly, she knew the answer but thought she would like to hear it from him anyway.

Joel looked thoughtful. "Regrets before I met you?
Only one, really, but it's extremely.... personal. After? None that I can think of,"
he said quietly. He was pretty certain that she was aware of the very faint scar on the right side of his chest,
though he'd never told anyone what had happened. He tilted his head with a small smirk. "Damn, that's a sight," he quipped, noticing the setting sun. He was fairly sure she would assume that he was referring to that, but other than a glance at the sunset, his eyes were on her.

Faye's glance softened at his words, having an inkling what he was referring. It was something he never spoke of, something she tried asking about once however it was quickly evaded. Knowing what it was like to have a well guarded secret, she never pressed to hard. One day she hoped she could be honest with him about hers, and hopefully he about his. Head turned when he pointed out the sunset, smiling wide at the spectacle. "It really is. I think it looks better here than it does at home.", she chuckled some, her face turning back up to his. Faye stretched on her tip toes, planting a soft kiss on his lips. A sigh of joy left her, tongue flicking out to share the intimate moment with him, whether or not people around them were watching.

Joel chuckled softly as she spoke softly before he felt her lips gently pressing against his own. "The... sunset... is...
nice... but... it.... isn't... what... I... was... looking... at,"
he said softly, kissing her slowly and deliberately between each word, amused as he felt her fingers clenching in his shirt.

He didn't care if anyone else saw them, though from what he had noticed, it was relatively quiet here.

Faye struggled to fight back laughter between the series of kisses as he spoke, lips curling with every one of them. Teeth nipped lightly upon his lower lips, her head then shaking at his phrase. "Oh stop. I'm nowhere near as breath taking." Her cheeks were turning a deep pink from his compliment. Then she glanced back up to him again. One hand remained to gently stroll her fingers on his chest, but the other slid along his neck to entwine with dark locks. "You're the ravishing model, babe, not me." Faye softly kissed him again, resting forehead lightly under his chin. If he only knew the truth, would he still feel this way? Would he still see her in the same light? Eyes closed to push away such thoughts, a soft sigh letting out.

Faye nodded along, taking his hand once more to continue their walk. "You may be your biggest critic, but I'm your biggest fan.", slyly grinning with her remark. They drew closer to the restaurant, the sky above taking on more purple and blue hues. "Oh, we're almost there. You know what sounds amazing? Some calamari. I hope they have it. What are you thinking about getting?" Thumb gently rubbed against the back of his hand, her beaming sight veering up to him. It was hard to not stare at him for an eternity, a quirk she could not fully explain to him.

Joel tilted his head thoughtfully. "I'm thinking of going for some Amaebi, Shiira, and Zuwai-Gani sushi. Shiira is pretty much local, due to the fairly good sized schools of mahimahi, while the other two are sweet shrimp, Amaebi, and snow crab, respectively," he clarified. As they entered the restaurant, his ears twitched slightly before his eyes widened slightly as he noticed one of the head chefs.

It was a curvy, lightly tanned woman whose warm brown-bronze hair was tied up in a high ponytail with deep emerald green eyes and pale pink earrings in the shape of roses. He recognized her immediately. "Mako-chan!" he said with a chuckle; he knew the cheerful greeting would surprise Faye,
though he knew Kino Makoto saw him as a sibling and very close friend, absolutely NOT in any romantic way.

"You always make it sound more delicious than it is." Faye teased softly, stepping into the establishment with him. It was a rather lavish set up, embellished with decor from the Chinese culture. Although it felt more genuine in the atmosphere of the island, she took in a deep breath to enjoy the aroma. The sudden outburst took her by surprise, having little knowledge on who the name belonged to. Eyes looked around, the woman quickly responded with enthusiastic warmth and Faye quickly caught on to it. Plastering a smile on, clearly she was uncertain of what exactly to do as he introduced her and they spoke. She waved, a shyness overcoming her while idly running her thumb on the back of his hand.

Faye walked along side of Mako and Joel, glancing between them here and there as she escorted them through the restaurant. "I think he has overall. But we'll see how that fares when we get the bill.", she jokingly said with a short phase of laughter. When Joel mentioned the meaning of the name, she felt less worried over the past the two shared. For a moment she felt as if the woman might be an ex and that awkward tension would have to be dealt with. The woman was beautiful, so it would not have shocked Faye if that was the case. However, now things were more at ease. Faye took a seat at the table once they arrived, are light smile staying on her face. Quietly she watched the two catch up, settling back into her chair.

Joel took a slow breath before he spoke. "I met Makoto when I was fourteen and she had just turned seventeen. She noticed that I was uncomfortable in large groups, considering that the homerooms are on average between thirty five to forty five students. Homeroom usually lasts long enough for the roll call twice daily, though once a week it's kinda like a study hall for an hour after the usual classes," he said wryly. "It was pretty surprising to me when I went to my usual dojo for my Shotokan class and saw him. We got to talking and found out that a family incident had made it next to impossible for him to remain in the US, though he hasn't even told me what happened,"
she said with a small smirk, making Joel roll his eyes. "It's something I try to forget, though it's nice to see you again," Joel said quietly. He noticed she'd grabbed a couple of menus for them.

"What would you prefer to eat?" Makoto said with a warm smile.

It was obvious Faye grew curious when Makoto brought up more mysteries from his past. Sure Joel had told her a great deal about his life, from childhood and on, however now there was more she still did not know. Will she ever figure out the puzzle of her boyfriend? She wanted to say something, but a part of her felt it was the wrong time to do so as he was catching up with a friend. For now Faye listened, putting on a gentle smile while they talked. When Makoto handed over a menu, she politely took one, "Thank you," followed a soft chime. It was already in her head what she was going to order, although looking over other options was not necessarily a bad thing. "I'll take wonton soup, and some calamari. And a Chardonnay to drink on the side." Faye responded, after reading through everything. Perceptive eyes veered back to Joel, watching as he made his order. "So you Makoto, what was Joel like back then? Was he any different from now?", playfully asking the girl, eyes glanced back to the cook.

"He was quiet, a lot like Ami, though sometimes he made references that would even surprise her, and amongst our little group, she was the second most intelligent. He was hardworking and reliable if stubborn," Makoto remarked with amusement as Joel ordered his sushi, along with tomato soup and a glass of Savagnin rose. "Ooh, sounds like you haven't forgotten," she teased him, amused as he blushed slightly. Joel rolled his eyes, chuckling a bit.

"Want Gari to go with that?" Makoto said with a warm smile, not all that surprised that he nodded before she bid farewell to put in their order. "Gari is thin sweetened, pickled slices of ginger, traditionally known as a palate cleanser with sushi. If Makoto's cooking is as I remember, her desserts are... well, in Usagi's words, addictively delicious, though she's excellent with most anything. Honestly, I'm kinda surprised that I didn't end up fat from all of Makoto's cooking, though," he said before he paused, seeing a very familiar head of blond hair and rich sapphire blue eyes, her hair mostly tied up in a French braid though bangs of her hair framed her face. The blond practically skipped over to them before draping her arms over Faye's shoulders in an impromptu hug. He snorted a laugh at his girlfriend's startled look. "Minako," he said wryly with an amused edge to his voice. "Is this beauty why you're glowing with passion?" she quipped with a broad smile. "Mina-chan, when it comes to Faye, we glow brighter together, like a bonfire," he deadpanned. If his suspicion was correct, then he had a feeling this meeting was a bit more than it appeared.
