An unknown organization hosts a secret yearly ballroom party that is filled with sex and seduction for couples.
Carefully couples are selected and invited to this party. However even the invitations are mysterious.

Couples that are invited receive a card that simply tells them the date and the time a limousine will arrive at their house.
They can either send it away and they will never hear from the organization again, or they can prepare for a night full of seduction, lust, sex and debouchery.
Inside the limousine will be 2 victorian style masks 1 white for the woman and one purple for the man. They need to put the masks on as the limousine drives them to a secret location. The back windows of the limousine are blacked out so they can't see where they are going.

Deep in the woods lies a luxurious 5 star hotel, here the men and women are seperated from each other and led to changing rooms. They change into their underwear/lingerie. And are send out into the ground floor of the hotel. The hotel has a large ballroom with an enormous orgy bed, several booths where people can enjoy each other, a restaurant where you can have dinner and drinks, a spa with sauna and a backroom where people enjoy SM.
Guests can choose their own rooms by simply picking a key, however, there are male and female keys and the number of people in a room depends on the floor, the first floor is 2 people in a room, second floor 4 people, third floor, 6 people, fourth floor 8 people and on the top floor are several large penthouse suites that are prepared for 20 people in each room. If you want to share a room with your partner, you need to make sure to get a male and female key for the same room.

So this idea is more of a setting, I don't really have a story for it yet. But I thought it was a very hot setting in my mind, anyone any ideas what to do with a setting like this?

I like the setting.

Perhaps the house is owned by a wealthy philanthropist who is a big advocate of open marriages, swapping, swinging etc. No we all understand these days that our phones are listening to us, so as better to market to us. What if this magnate has used this technology to find people who are at least 'talking' about that experience or actively involved in it. He's part of the local swinger scene and every year throws one of these parties, but now he has these strangers for the first time. it makes things so much spicier.

An invitation arrives, and in the invitation it states. "For this evening, you are no longer married. Leave the rings at home."
For those who have discussed this idea and have been on the fence or unwilling to pull the trigger, this is the opportunity. Time to put up or shut up. Some go, some don't.

I'd center it on three couples. The first, dive headlong into the scene and have a great time. Afterward it becomes a continued part of their lives. No hard feelings. The second couple mill about the party for a while, flirting and being hit on. Then they see each other across the room, because mask or no mask, or a strange dress/suit, you know your spouse when you see them. They move toward one another and begin dancing, and act as if they are just meeting for the first time. It's wildly sexy and they have a great time with each other.

The third couple - that's where the trouble is. This is the couple that will destroy their relationship tonight. One of them has sex with a stranger and is instantly remorseful and seeks out the other only to find that person having the time of their lives in a pile of bodies. Angry at both of them the first finds another partner and has angry sex for the rest of the night. They don't speak on the drive home. How do they get past this? Can they?

Love these!
I had something a bit similer as the third scenario in my head. But I was picturing the husband sees a woman getting it on with 3 men, however everyone wearing masks he mistakes this woman for his wife. He feels hurt but as he wants to walk away another woman approaches him and asks him if he wants to engage with her. Thinking his wife is with three men he accepts and has sex with this other woman. However, as he is fucking her doggy style he suddenly sees a woman staring at him in shock with tears in her eyes. As their eyes meet he immediately knows that's his wife, he looks over at the woman with the three men, they are still busy. He realizes his mistake, when he looks back, his wife has dissapeared into the crowd of people.
