I tried that a couple of years ago. I never got the hang of it, was always in trouble with the look and the appearance of my character and it took a long time to find anyone decent to play with. So I gave up and have not been there for a while. Did have the full access to do all the naughty things.

It was fun when I played it back in 2005....for about a day. Then lost interest and went back to the usual hack and slash or city building games.

Been playing for about a year and I spend a lot of time there.
I haven't gotten the hang of a good appearance of my avatar. That's a future task.
Some folks have their avatars really life like.
The good: SL allows me to play out a lot of fantasies (almost anything goes if you look for it). It's like "IM on steroids". I have some f*ck buddies there where they are willing to get naughty for me at my request
The bad: addictive and real emotions. So, if you form a relationship with someone and break up, all the messy stuff comes along with the break up.

Just had a good experience in Second Life (SL) that I wanted to post about.
Been doing some role playing there with some that are more regular than not. Of course, like any place there could be fakes which always is a concern.
Well, there's this one person (hot SL avatar) that I've played with there and her rp is that of a student intern. Last night she was up late with someone else. I asked, "was it an all night affair?" and she said it started out regular avatar to avatar then ended up a Skype session. I then said something like "sounds good...does this mean I should set up my skype" and she goes "sure no problem". So, after connecting, she was real (always a concern as I don't want to talk to a dude) and before you know it said she was so horny, that SL is making her into a nympho. So we ended Skyping (voice, no audio) for about 20 minutes with her cumming for me about 3 times.
You never know what you get. Sometimes folks don't turn out to be what they say, but when they do, it can be real nice.
