Ooc: A Shadow Agency has recuited superheros or heroines to take on the most vile scum of the universe. You can be any heroine from anime/manga, scifi, books, movies etc or even made up one.

Info: David was recuited two monthes after the death of his team. He was in sorry shape. The again one would be after your team was kill when one give into revange and their powers backlash vaping 3 of the 4 of the team. THe One that wasnt was his soon to be wife who was with child. He was drunk when the black SUV pulled up to his compound in Florida where he was wanting the world to go by. When the agent came to him tell they knew who he was and that he could still make a difference he was skeptical at first but he needed a change. So he join and has help save the Universe from again.
