ETERNAL PRESS http://www.eternalpress.com.au/ is a relatively new e-publisher. They offer the standard romance/erotica genres, including gay and lesbian. They are also looking for short stories of over 5000 words with a seasonal theme for an "Under The Mistletoe" anthology. According to chief honcho, Kat Namaste, they have openings for two more authors.

So if you have an old Holiday Writing Contest entry moldering on the hard drive, you might want to think about giving 'em a try.

Rumpie, I went to the site and it's pretty dense...how do we *contact* these people? I'd like to e-mail someone and ask them if they're taking stories that were already posted on a site? Some e-publishers won't accept stories if they've already appeared on a free site like Lit.

I agree with you about their web site. Guess that's the joy of a start-up outfit as opposed to Ellora's Cave. For what it's worth (little) my impression is they don't mind.

If (a) story appears elsewhere we would ask that it be removed. We don't duo-publish. Sometimes we take stories that were released previously, but never simultaneously.

FWIW, I replied that Lit has always been good about deleting stories.
