Searching for the story that brought me here

Been a long time reader here. So long that I have forgotten the name of the story that brought me here in the first place. It was a story about a group of teens that enter a house that allows mind control inside it's walls. Something like "House at the end of the lane" and I have searched for that title. Contained parts non consensual, incest, bondage, and of course mind control. Seems there turned out to be a sexual spirit/entity that was bound to the house. Any points in the right direction would be greatly appreciated.

My guess would be to look in Mind control or erotic horror, doubt it would be in incest...

This sounds familiar as something that used to be high on either the Erotic Horror, Sci-Fi&Fantasy, or NonHuman toplists. I used to check all of them regularly, and that description is strumming my memory.

I don't recall seeing it for a good long while, though. My guess is that the author removed it.
