You're right. 'Nubian' does sound a little old, but at the same time, it sounds regal. I don't mind being referred to as Nubian. It even sounds better if GODDESS follows that.

it's the beauty that they are,the sight that your eyes behold,
as the sun shines upon your darkness you are more radiant then the sun shing on a diamond,you are so wonderful to see,the beauty of a woman,as black as she can be.
to say that I love the beauty of black women would be putting it lightly, LOL.
but still looking for my queen if you know where she is tell her I'm still searching for her I have not given up.

What kind of sugar ya seekin'? Yes, Nubian does seem old~fashioned but I think of a brown skinned queen in Egypt...
She has big brown, eyes with kohl around her eyelids. She has a pair of luscious, kissable lips painted with her favorite color. Her hair is braided with gold throughout. She is dressed in a chest covering that is made of pure gold, braided strands, chain-linked together in a spiral to cover her breasts (one size does not fit all LOL).
Connected to the chest piece are gold straps crisscrossed along the back and then tied around front. Her skirt is ankle length and made with thin strands of pure gold, with different tiny ornamented pieces strung down it. When she walks, the strands get caught/flow around her ankle and legs as they peek between the strands. She has thin soled sandals with gold straps going up the leg mid~calf...
