Searching for a story

I searching for a many part BDSM story I came across when I first saw this site a couple of years ago. I cannot remember the title or the author, though i have searched for it often.

It starts along the lines of a man who has sex with the heroine in a car park as part of an initiation into a secret society he wants to join, in which each new joiner has to bring a new girl with them.. the girls are then each put into houses where their every movement is watched and they are set task of pleasing the men who watch them.. She falls in love with one of them and many chapters down the line she eventually "graduates" to be his wife..
