I read this story a while back. I can't for the life of me remember the name or the author.
I remember the title had the word security in it. security ties, security binds..something like that
A security guard takes in office employee to his place. He then begins to train her for the slave market. I think he starts to fall for her. Then the security guards brother sees him getting attached to the girl. He does something horrible to her, I can't remember what. She is eventually put up for auction and its bought by a man with a English accent. They end up having a consensual BDSM relationship.
