Searching for a novel

Hello,
I read a story I liked a couple years ago and now I am trying to find it again.
It is a BDSM story where at the start a man gets into a car crash. The person he crashes into is a dragon and he then gets healed and woken up at a stable/barn type dimension. There he meets other men who (like him now) do not age in this dimension and are all subs. They are all subs to females.
