I believe the story starts with the son’s point of view:
A father has lost his wife (possibly) and lives with his son and daughter. One day playing around, perhaps after showering the little girl and boy began to explore with themselves to the point where the boy gets aroused. Before anything can happen, the father walks in and catches them, he yells at them both and tells them to go their rooms.
Switch to the father’s point of view:
He goes to his daughter’s room to explain why he is mad and the daughter does something to anger him and he decides to punish her by spanking her.
