Search in top menu goes to https://www.literotica.com/

When logged in, the search link in the top menu of "My Home" right now is linking to https://www.literotica.com/ and not https://search.literotica.com

I logged out then in again from another browser to test and yep, no change.

I'm referring to the search in the "Explore" menu. The link on the home page is still okay.

It's not just search that goes back to the opening Lit page, it's also tags. Might be others.
Cleared cookies, no change.

The menu from a user's profile page is linking back to the home page in some places. If you go on to the stories page the menu should work for you.
