There's time there sweets. You don't have to do it in the next thirteen seconds. You can do it when you are relaxed and feel better. If you would prefer not to do it at all, then that will be fine too. It's supposed to be something that helps you relax and feel better, not something that puts more pressure on you. Either way is okay, just let us know.
