'Memba when Deplorables said, "We don't care what happens because Trump will 'fix the Supreme Court"? Memba? :D

This actually surprises me. Don't get me wrong...it was the right decision.

Now...having said this...until I read that hormone levels are within the 90% bell curve of female normality, I do not support transgender competing in women's high school sports.

Oh, they can probably achieve that with injections.

Interesting how quiet the rightwing crew is about this issue, and not on this thread. Let it be a race-based thread and that would be another story.

But it hasn't been published that I have seen. If a guy can't use testosterone or steroids to boost their performance...then a trans having the testosterone and steroidal hormones levels found naturally in males must be fully controlled. Otherwise, it is an unfair advantage...else guys would be allowed to boost their levels.

Transgenders have to undergo a long and difficult transition process, including psychotherapy, hormone therapy, and in some cases castration. Nobody is going to undertake that just to gain an unfair advantage in sports.

I think it's disgusting that children are being mutilated.

Gender or sex reassignment surgery is not being done to children.

It may be possible you are referring to surgery performed on intersex infants, but this is not the same as SRS or Gender reassignment surgery.

Before SRS can take place the individual will have gone through years of hormonal therapy, psychological evaluation, lived a significant period of their life as that gender, and are old and mature enough to make informed consent.

Some young, trans teens take medication to put off puberty, so as to prevent voice changes, and the growth and development of breasts and beards. But this is not mutilation and can be stopped anytime, allowing the puberty stage to resume.

There is also a Standard of Care established which, depending on jurisdiction, establishes a minimum set of criteria and guidelines, things such as letters and documentation from medical professionals and those specialized in recognizing gender dysphoria, who have known the patient for minimum of one year, as well as periods of hormonal treatment, psych evaluations, and real-life experience living as the gender being assigned, ALL before a SRS can be scheduled and performed.

Nobody is lopping off little Billy’s penis because he likes to dress in his sister’s clothes, or sewing one on young Susie, who fancies herself a boy.

SCOTUS declined to review the case letting the lower courts ruling in favor of the plaintiff stand. I’m old enough to remember when Democrats thought SCOTUS was broken and needed to be fixed. Very few 6-3 decisions and no big controversial decisions. I still remember when they said the confirmation of ACB meant the end of Obamacare.

I remember Mitch and company pushing the Nun so that she would help overturn things they didn't like.

Maybe now they'll give up on that tactic. Judges is judges. You usually can't count on them politically.

Apparently I walked in on a pro child mutilation meeting of Incel Inc.

You guys should do your research before acting like you know what your talking about.
