Hi I'm a mid-twenties, accountant (which probably explains why I need a bit more excitement in my life) and aspiring politician (but please don't let that put you off) from the north of Scotland.

Looking for a girl to chat about things my current partner doesn't like talking about. But probably no more than that - allthough you never know your luck!

I'm new to all this so I might need someone to show me the ropes, if you're interested.

Either is great- Living in a pretty remote part of Scotland kind of limits meeting up with most people! If you're a longway away would love to chat on-line.

Did you have some plum pudding on Christmas eve?? My great grandfather lived on the border of England and Scottland. He brought over the tradition of plum pudding on Christmas eve. I have always wondered if it was a family or a Scottish tradition. We even sing Auld Lang Syne....as the brandy burns off.

I'm afraid not. In Scotland we have a steamed pudding called a Cloutie Dumpling. Plum pudding is more of an English thing and it's pretty good too! If youu're from the border you maybe get to eat both which would be even better.
