I remember so much about this story that you would think that I would be able to find it using Google, but no such luck.
The protagonist is a university student on, I think, Mars. She's cut off by her parents--I think her father loses all his money--and needs to make ends meet, so she becomes a test subject in a series of clinical trials that make her successively more of a sex doll. First they up her libido, then they make her more sensitive, then they do a bunch of other stuff like making her get pleasure from pain. Things like that. At one point she fucks a taxi driver--I think the taxis are called bubbles in this world and are shaped like bubbles. She fucks the doctor who's giving her the experimental treatments. She fucks a roommate, who tells her that he used to think she was "aloof". At the end she's fucked by the dean of her school, who is an alien with a ribbed dick, and is offered a position as essentially a prostitute for elites.
