Sen. Chuck Schumer scored a major victory for America today over obstructionist Republicans. He got the Senate Parlimentarian to declare the recently passed Budget bill may be amended up to THREE times, clearing the way for a filibuster-proof method to pass President Biden's infrastructure package.

Senator Joe Manchin won't be the holdup this time, either. He strongly approves of an infrastructure plan that will bring federally subsidized broad band internet to that shithole he represents (West Virginia).
