I was going to suggest bubble gum, so she could blow and pop bubbles in class. But, the lollipop is good, too. But, blowing and popping of bubbles could get her into trouble quicker.

For future engagements, real-deal Catholic school jumpers/skirts can be easily found at thrift stores from August - October.

If the person wearing the skirt can kneel, and the skirt doesn't brush the floor, it's too short. (Not that anyone would *want* to wear a skirt so short it would put them in detention or anything, but I just thought I'd toss that out there...)

*note to self Aug - Oct time to do thrift store shopping*

Many years ago, MANY I say, the girl who was to become my first wife was made to kneel in the hallway more than once to check her skirt length at Catholic high school.
