It was late afternoon when I saw him enter the commons. He was tall, fairly slender, weighed down with bags and a trunk, and all alone. Must have been a new freshman, I thought to myself. Poor guy. He looked lost too.
"Can I help you?" I said, walking up to him.
"Well, um, I don't know," he replied with a puzzled look. "I think I have the wrong dorm. I'm looking for Warren Hall."
"You're in luck," I said, flashing my flirtatious smile. "You're in Warren now. What's your room number? I know this place like the back of my hand!"
The poor guy looked even more puzzled. "But I thought Warren was an all male dorm?"
"Oh no!" I replied, giggling. "Almost every dorm on campus is coed these days." After checking him over again I added, "So, shall we hunt down your room?"
