Nope, nt in my corner of the U.S. anyway. But there is a large magazine and news and cigar shop in my city that carries tons of foreign reading material. I thought I'd check it out this week. It's probably outrageously expense what with the crappy value of the greenback these days.

On their site it says they will send single copies worldwide for about 5 pounds sterling (which is about 7 euro's / dollars is my guess).
I was thinking about checking at the (very international oriented - of course) Schiphol (our national airport) -based book&magazineshops. Or order a copy, just to see what the magazine is all about.

That free story was shades way lame compared to the sample True Confessions, or the featured Short Story.

Hmmmm..... which reminds me......

When this was first posted I requested for them to send me a magazine (which I would pay for - since they are in the UK and I am in NL I offered to give them my credit card number) and I've never received one...

I have the last two copies and whilst it's fairly tame compared to some of the submissions here it is probably the only mainstream mag in the UK that publishes such features (that I'm aware of).

I caused a stir at the local supermarket last week as when I got to the check out the cashier stopped what she was doing and had a good look at it whilst shouting across to her colleagues that there was porn on the shelves...

Suppose so, yes. I don't think any post (British or Dutch) is to blame here, but I'm not sure...

Must add that I have not paid for anything yet, so no harm is done really, it's just weird. I guess they are not waiting for subscribers abroad, although, if I remember well, there is something about that mentioned on their site.

Important thing about Scarlet that you might like to know. They are campaigning to be allowed to show fully naked men in varying states of arousal. They claim that the rules currently in place are archaic and sexist, why be able to show naked aroused women and not naked aroused men???
