It sounds like the bunches of weirdass laws they have in this country that everybody likes to laugh at and nobody enforces anymore.
Did you know, for instance, that in Natchez, MS it's against the law to give beer to an elephant?
Course I can see the sense in that particular law, as elephants are said to be mean drunks.

Oh, yeah. I believe his granddaughter is the latest member to be voted into the Italian Parliament. I forget whether she's a neo-Fascist or not.
