Say a little prayer, please

But he is recovering - and that means that your prayers have been answered... I'm sorry to hear that he is hurt and he will certainly be in my continued prayers for a quick and full recovery... *hug*

In my thoughts and prayers..

MistressHoney,

That's awful.. Hailing from the frozen tundra of the lower forty-eight states myself, that kinda hits close to home.. Just the other day I was watching kids slide down their ice-covered hills right into the street.. Of course our street is desserted, but still.. To think what could happen on an off-chance.. Your nephew is in my thoughts and prayers, and I'm sure he'll make a quick recovery.. Little kids tend to be quite resilient.. But none the less, it's still something to be concerned about..

*Snugs & kisses*

Take care of yourself, dear.. And best of luck with the end of the tour next week..

Yours,

-Will

MistressHoney,

I think any parent who reads this will be touched. Children are such precious gifts and the thought of them getting injured or worse is a nightmare most of us try not to think about.

I'm am glad that your nephew wasn't more seriously injured. You are a wonderful auntie to come home to be with your family. I hope he continues to recover quickly.

Your nephew will be included in my prayers. It sounds like he'll be fine, but it will be very hard for him, especially at this time of year.

Thanks for sharing, and have a safe trip with a clear mind next week.

My thoughts are with you and your family for his speedy and full recovery, MH. Accidents involving those we love are always shocks but worse are when they involve the children who live in our hearts and are part of our souls.

For what it's worth

I made a silent prayer for you nephew's welfare, and thanks for his life and relative well-being.

MistressHoney,
You have my prayers, sweets. I'll be lighting a candle for you and your nephew.

blessings!

Agreed - I did have a nightmare like that once; I dreamt I saw my daughter run in front of a car and get hit. I woke up screaming "NO! NO!" and had to call my ex at 3 AM in the morning to make sure my daughter was okay I was so traumatized (fortunately she is an insomniac).

I have witnessed in real life two kids get hit by cars they ran out in front of. Both had severe head injuries - but both eventually recovered.

MistressHoney, I am glad your nephew was not more seriously injured and I hope he recovers fully and quickly.

Take care MH.

I'm sure he has the best of care, after all you have the Mayo Clinic up there, and that is just one of a whole bunch of outstanding places to get well. My thoughts are with you.

With such an obviously close knit family, it must be comforting for all of you to be to share these trying moments together. You are truly lucky!

MS- My thoughts and prayers are with you and your nephew, as well as all your family.
I'm glad you decided to share with everyone on the board. You can never have enough prayers.
:)

Thinking good thoughts for you and the little one, MH. Sounds like he's on the road to recovery. He'll have quite a story to tell his kids someday. :)

MistressHoney,

My thoughts and prayers are with your nephew, your family and with you, also.

I'm extremely glad he's feeling better - children are so resilient. It's truly a marvel how they are able to handle things.

God Bless.

I'm betting there is one nephew who is just a little extra spoiled at Christmas this year. ;)

Hope he is doing well.
