at the $1 theater. I've never really been a Matt Damon fan, but he grows on you. I loved the film... everything was going along just fine until 4 teenage boys waltzed in and sat in front of me making farting noises and laughing uncontrollably. Sheesh. Of course I got up & moved but it just pissed me off. I have a hair-trgger pissiness lately. Maybe I should take up yoga?

No yoga but I meditate...

Have you seen Saving Private Ryan?

It is currently kicking ass!

"That's why we don't take children"

Absolutely, yoga will help you relax, god knows everyone could use some relzxation nowadays. Dollar Theaters, eh? Didn't think there were such things, but its better than paying $8.50 nowadays

I actually haven't seen "Saving Private Ryan" mainly because I don't want to wade through all the gore. I'm not real big on war movies. I haven't seen "Pearl Harbour" either.

I think most of the gore is in the first part.

But I must say it was..."tastefully done" and realistically depicted...no far-fetched death scences which adds immensely to the realism..people just died in bunches basically...

It's serene now...but it may be the eye...

I've never had lessons or anything but I can meditate and can lower my heart rate at will, got it so low once that it made one of those "test your fittness" machines they have in malls got crazy....I think it thought I was dead or about to die as an alarm went off ??

Only if she gets a book and learns herself..yoga lessons can be pricey...

whoa! I could appear dead if I practiced yoga on a regular basis? I'm signing up.

Only way I can lower my heart rate is just to be inactive which many people are when they are in a deep state of meditation..

Mediatating cool..if more people did it the world would be a better place...

I loved that movie.

Except for the scene when he cut her hair. It was just painful.

If I regulate my breathing and consentrate on my heart beat then I can lower it to the point where it becomes very loud and slow, I've always wanted to do it while the doctor took my blood pressure just to see what it did to that ?

When watching that scene I was thinking that maybe he was getting a kick out of getting to cut some woman's hair like that. I have a running dialogue in my head all the time. hehe

The dying part looked like a lot of fun.

And now that you mention it, he did look a bit too intense wielding those wicked-looking scissors.

Okay, I think this is the 3rd or 4th reference I've seen to this list. Did you start a thread for it yet? Now that you've nominated yourself keeper of the list... :p

I would've started a thread...

But I forget who's on the list after I put em on or take em off...

If I remember I'll make a thread...

You're off the list now that you're clapping...

I saw where you took me off, but haven't found yet why you put me on! :)

Everybody suffering from November blues went on for fear of a Jonestown like mass internet suicide...

One by one most of you have dropped off...good thing too...resources were being stretched...

FOCUS FOCUS FOCUS

Judas Priest, you folks sure know how to subvert a thread
I alone will hijack this thread. I haven't seen the Bourne Identity but I did see Jackass and it really sucked! I hated it soo much. All that political correctness and politeness really was enough to make me perform a technicolour (right spelling of colour you US heathens) yawn. My girlfriend was chuckling quietly beside me as you are supposed to at movies such a that. I thought I was at the opera it was that boring. She (my gf) should have brought electrodes and attached them to my nuts to keep me awake!! Do not go and see this modern day performance art disaster!!
