Save The Internet!

There are extremes on both sides of the conflict. The U. S. government shut down Megaupload's web site. That pissed them off, and so they have retaliated with DDoS attacks on various U. S. government sites as well as others they consider the enemy.

This type of thing will only help get a Sopa or Pipa type of bill passed. Idiots thinking they are "holier than thou", acting like someone just grabbed the snake by the tail and now it's going to bite.

It also seems to prove that the government targeted the correct site. A legitimate site wouldn't need to go to such extremes.

S.M.L. Reid delayed the vote this morning.

That's something. Pretty sure he didn't want Bunny to wash his mouth out with SOPA.

That's 166 members of Congress accounted for. Where are the other 273? Sitting around with their thumbs up some intern's ass, waiting for a staff member to tell them what they think? (Or, more honestly, waiting for a staff member to tell them what the opinion polls say, so they can "vote their conscience?" )

That's it. They'll straddle the fence 'til the last minute.

Maybe it's an intern's thumb up their ass and they straddle the fence to push it up there, harder harder. ;)
