I realize what I'm about to say may shock the masses but I've never seen this show all the way through before. I've only seen bits and pieces and that's just been in the last year. Before that I'd never watched it...not even in college. *gasp*

Do you like it? hate it? Saturday night what?

That show right there

Is alllllll that. It really has some funny shit on it. I love that show... except for Will Ferrell.. errrr he get's on my nerves. But well, you should see the episode with Alec Baldwin doing "Schweaty Balls"....Dammmn!! Hysterical.

You should see...

...when they do the skit of "Jeopardy." FUCKING HYSTERICAL!!!!!!!!

Over all, I like the show. There are times when it sucks, and some skits are better than others, but it can be really funny sometimes. It also depends on who the guest host is.

Did anyone see when the guy who impersonates Sean Connery was on and he said, Anal Bum Cover" instead of "An Album Cover? Laughed so hard, I thought I'd pop a vein. On a recent episode of "Jeopardy" a category was "An Album Cover."

That one is hysterical!!! The Jeopardy skit is one of the best ongoing skits, IMHO. And Will Ferrel can be a little annoying sometimes, but he's great as Alex Trebec.

In the older ones, did you ever see Christopher Walken do "The Continental"? Now THAT's some funny shit!

They usually have the skit when he hosts.

It's Christopher Walken as this (wannabe) suave guy with a weird accent. He's in his hotel room and a woman he has invited comes over. Everything is from the woman's point of view, so you never see her- the camera is her. He's trying to get into her pants, and he's so desperate. Very funny stuff.

I'm probably dating myself a bit, but I'd have to day my favorite skit was when Patrick Swayze and Chris Farley were trying out as male exotic dacners. Quite funny, really. Chris Farley ended up with the job. :)

Last night was "The Best of Mike Myers" and lemme tell ya, they had some og his best skits on their.

I have watched that show pretty much since I was a kid.

I saw that one

But on a repeat on Comedy Central a few months ago.

"The Continental" is so funny!! I love Christopher Walken when he's funny (usually he's just scary)

I like SNL over all. But just recently, haven't been a fan for long (I miss Sheri Oteri though!)

all the really funny SNLers have long since moved on......or long since departed....RIP

Gilda Radner.......my favourite SNLer......:)
John Belushi
Chris Farley

I really loved Eddie Murphy when he was on there but they have some good new comics. It helps to be aware of any political or news happenings. The skits are funnier that way, otherwise you wont get a lot of the jokes and puns

The Comedy Channel showed a rerun tonight starring Jim Carrey. Can't remember laughing so hard as I did when he played the lifeguard watching over a hot tub. Hilarious.

SNL produced some of the funniest comics on the planet from the not ready for prime time players to today they still showcase and launch some of the best.

It's hard to believe fat cat's Chevy Chase, Dan Alkeroyd, and Eddie Murphy used to be so fucking funny. There all so old, rich, fat and not funny now. :( Eddie's Little Richard in the hot tub!!! OMG, compare that to Boomerang, ahem.

And now for another episode of . . . SAMURAI DELICATESSEN!!
