Why the fuck would you want to pretend to be the Pope?

It would turn you on to be in a fantasy about being the leader of one of histories most cruel and abusive organizations? How is that a turn on? Later in the roll-play will you ponder burning people at the stake for translating the Bible into a common language? How about some fun by raping kids? Maybe it would be a turn-on to pretend that were back in the 1930's and signing an agreement with Hitler.
