Two words: Guitar Hero.

That lead to us agreeing that if he cleaned the kitchen to "pinging" we'd pick it up when we had the spare coin.

So he started to work on it.

Now that the kitchen pings on and off (more on), we had another discussion.

two more words: Pony girl.

He has to have the rest of this place looking like the kitchen. All pingy and perfect.

So he's threatened to do it. He even wants to enlist the help of a friend to get the right.. equipment to do it.

Every time he mentions it, I reply with one word.

Sabotage.

Now I need to find some sabots.

Which all brings me to this....

Nando is sabotaging my entire day. I have to clean not only my kitchen but my whole house in preparation for a dinner party this weekend and he's sprawled out across my lap.

Makes it hard to type on here, too. He's sabotaging my entire life because everyone knows this laptop is my life. But I can still reach my cell phone and my tv remote...

Ah sorry about that. 'Ping' is a reference to all those cleaning commercials where after using the product the cleaned item has light glinting off of it. Often with 'ping - ping' as a sound effect with the glinting light.

So, for us, 'pinging' means cleaning something to the point where its out of a commercial. As for gear for her, I am looking at something along these lines.....

"Ping" is the sound that pretties on Diablo 2 make when you kill a monster and they suddenly appear.
