S.E. MA and RI Women?

As am I .... looking at all the snow that fell 2 days ago and all that fell overnight.
 
The rain now is gonna make it miserable to drive anywhere tonight...Gues I moved to the wrong state to complain about the weather...
 
I need days of rain to be able to drive the car I need to drive -- so it can be serviced. The salt on the road means I can't drive it unless it rains and rains.

I'm hoping for tons and tons of rain tonight, followed by 2 days of sunshine.

The sleet on the windows was an interesting way to wake up this morning. I thought some hunk was tossing stones at my window to get me to come out and play.

Which part of the state?

Took me 50 minutes on Thursday to get home from the hairdresser and it's a 15-minute drive usually. 15-20 MPH on the highway at 2 PM and the roads were filled with cars.

Route 6 was busy with people spinning out due to driving too fast and I just kept hoping no one would spin into me.
 
Ick. I remember living up there and 128/95 were a nightmare without snow, but with snow it was just pathetic.

Extended forecast is no snow for 10 days with it being 42 on Wednesday, so my fingers are crossed that the rain washes away all the salt.
 
I am sure some will be washed away but we need to buckle down and get ready for a shitty xmas
 
Snow is great .... you shovel and in gratitude you get some amazing cuddling ... and more.

Which area are you in?

I don't mind the rain IF it washes away the salt ... I have to get that car taken care of :(

The main roads were pretty good yesterday but the secondary roads were a mess. All that slush was frozen solid. Just wish my town would use sand and not any other product.
 
hey y'all...greetings from w-socket here, snowed in well more like iced in...we need heat and more of that....
